When I must pay?

The Payment is made in the totality at the moment of the rent.

What is included in quotation?

The Quotation includes the Lease with limitless Liability insurance, limitless kilometrage, Delivery and Retraction (Balcony or Hotels of the area of each one), the seleccionados Insurance of collision (With a surmounting, as general conditions), and extras. Other optional extras could be requested to the balcony at the lease moment.

With antecedence I must make the reserve?

The minimum antecedence will have to be of 24 H, being the viatura availability always subjects the confirmation.

How many people can lead the Rented car?

Are authorized 2 drivers in simultaneous, but the second driver is have to pay of an additional value.

I have the certainty of that the car that I chose will be me delivers?

The reserves always are confirmed by Group. At the lease moment we try to deliver the chosen car. If such will not be possible, we deliver another of the same group or superior.

The Value to pay is effectively the value of the quotation?

The Value of rent is what it indicates the quotation. At the moment of the rent it will be able to opt to other extras that are added to the value of the quotation.

Where to direct me in the airport?

Our Balconies in the airports are in the zone of Arrivals.

As I can pay?

It can Pay through Credit Card, Card of Debit or money (Euros).

Can reservations be canceled ?

Reservations can be canceled by costumer 24 H, before. Reservations can be canceled by rodavante with 30 days advance notice. Reservations are canceled if costumer do not show at the time of reservations, with no warning. Tolerance of 1 hour is given.
