Please read carefully the renting conditions in order to proceed with the vehicle reservation.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are confirmed by group. Car selected may be replaced by another in the same group.
AIRPORT TAX
Rentals starting or finishing at the airport will be charged with 17,25 €.
DRIVER'S QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum age of 23. Practice and drivers license: more than one year.
INSURANCE
Third part liability
Included in price.
Bodily Injuries Insurance (PAI).
Available : 2,50 € per day.
Vehicle damages
An additional tax (CDW) will be charged, per day, (see table), to eliminate the client's responsability for damages above the minimun deductible.

EXCESS/Minimum Deductible
A valid Credit Card must be shown, to cover any damage to the rented car up to the amount of the excess.
AIRPORT SERVICE NIGHT SUPPLEMENT
The renting made at the airports, after Mid-Night , will be subjected to the payment of a 25.00 € tax.
RETURN AND COLLECTION
The Client will pay additional costs if the vehicle is returned far from our offices area or if collected on unauthorised locations (away from the reach of our services in Madeira).
FUEL
It is the Client' duty to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel he received. No refund on left over fuel!
BABY'S CHAIR
Available on a daily tax of 2,50 €.
EXTRA HOUR
Charged on 20% of the renting value (1 day).
PAYMENT
The estimated renting cost and extra expenses must previously deposited. All Visa credit cards, Master Card, Eurocard, American Express and Diners Club, are accepted. Cash is also accepted.
LEGAL TAX
Will be added to VAT's current value (15%) over the total price of the renting.
TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS
Drivers own and exclusive responsibility.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
An additional driver is allowed, paying 17,25€ extra.
IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
The renting ends at the day and hour determined by the client, mentioned in the renting contract. If you wish to extend or shorten the renting period you must ask for permission to do it and make all the necessary changes. If the vehicle is not delivered on the agreed dates it will be considered as missing. In that case the local authorities will be notified. The Client is responsible for the payment of all cancelled Renting due to delay on vehicle return.
